Do my drivers need to download an app?

No. Everything works through WhatsApp. Your drivers already have it. There is nothing to install, no username to create, no training session to run. They get a WhatsApp, they reply YES, and that is it.
What airports do you cover?
▾
All UK airports. Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds Bradford, East Midlands and all others. Our timing intelligence is calibrated specifically for each airport and terminal.
My car park doesn't have bay numbers. Does that matter?

Not at all. ArrivIQ supports open zones, open fields with What3Words, stack parking and multi-site proximity operations. If you run a far site and a near site with no bay numbers anywhere — that is one of the setups we built specifically for.
What does the £7,000 tool purchase include?

What is supervised mode?

For your first 14 days on Full Operations, ArrivIQ shows you every proposed action before it happens. Driver alert about to fire? You see it first. Customer message about to send? You approve it. After 14 days of seeing it work correctly, we switch to full autonomy. You will have complete confidence before you hand over control.
What happens if a flight API goes down?
▾
We use three independent data sources simultaneously — AirLabs, AeroDataBox and FlightAware. If one fails we switch to the next automatically. You are notified and monitoring continues without interruption. If all three fail simultaneously — extremely rare — we use the last known data with a safety buffer and notify you immediately.
Can I upgrade from Returns Essential to Full Operations?

Yes. Your Returns Essential monthly payments are credited against the Full Operations setup fee. For example, if you have paid three months on Returns Essential that is £2,097 credited, leaving £4,903 on the setup fee.
What is the minimum commitment?

Returns Essential: 3 months minimum. Full Operations: 6 months minimum. After that it is monthly rolling with 30 days notice to cancel.
